WHIZAI
The AI that runs the workflow, not just the hype.
WHIZAI is the intelligence layer that runs alongside WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine and WHIZERP. It pre-files customs, predicts BL exceptions, forecasts demand per trade lane, automates invoice processing and routes anomalies to the right operator — processing over a million operational events every day.
Intelligence inside the workflow, not bolted on top.
Most enterprise AI lives in a separate analytics layer — a dashboard that watches the real system and tells you what to do. WHIZAI is different. It runs inside the workflow that WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine and WHIZERP execute. When a customer raises an order in WHIZERP, WHIZAI has already checked stock, suggested the warehouse, predicted the freight cost and pre-validated the invoice. When a vessel ETA shifts in WHIZMarine, the downstream cargo bookings in WHIZCargo are already updated. It's not insight; it's operation.
What WHIZAI actually does, daily.
Not a model card — concrete workflows running in production right now.
AI applications, tailored per platform.
The intelligence that lives inside each operational platform — concrete, production-grade AI workflows.
From fragmented operations to autonomous intelligence.
Carrier invoices, supplier bills, B/Ls, customs declarations, packing lists — every inbound document is read by Document AI, mapped to the right charge codes, three-way matched and posted with variance flagging. The AP clerk reviews exceptions instead of every line.
- Trained on logistics-specific documents (B/L, AWB, manifest, DA, freight invoice)
- Three-way match against PO and goods receipt
- Charge-code mapping with learning per supplier
- Variance flagging with operator routing
- Audit trail of every AI decision
Most logistics platforms tell you about an exception after the fact. WHIZAI predicts them — a BL variance forming, a port congestion forecast, a supplier lead-time degrading, a weight discrepancy on the next acceptance. Operators work a pre-emptive queue, not a reactive one.
- Vessel ETA shifts — propagated to downstream cargo bookings
- BL variance prediction — before customs holds happen
- Weight discrepancy flags at acceptance
- Supplier lead-time degradation alerts
- Port congestion forecasts per trade lane
before the customer asks.
Generic forecasting models miss the structural shifts that move freight markets — FX swings, port disruptions, demurrage rate changes, regional events. WHIZAI's forecasting models are trained on your transaction history plus macro signals, producing SKU and trade-lane forecasts that the operations team actually plans against.
- SKU-level and trade-lane-level forecasts
- Macro signal inputs (FX, freight indices, port performance)
- Confidence intervals, not just point estimates
- Auto-tuning per customer pattern
- Operator override with reason capture for learning
Produce → Ship → Deliver.

WHIZAI questions, answered.
What is WHIZAI?
WHIZAI is an AI-powered operational-intelligence and agent layer for logistics, shipping and supply-chain businesses. It observes operational events, predicts outcomes, automates workflows and executes actions across the systems you already run — processing over a million operational events every day.
It runs natively across WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine and WHIZERP, and connects to third-party systems where needed. It is not a dashboard or a chatbot you bolt on — it is the intelligence that operates the workflow.
Is WHIZAI a chatbot?
No. WHIZAI includes a conversational interface, but it is fundamentally an AI operational-intelligence and agent platform. It observes business events, analyses data, predicts outcomes, automates workflows and executes actions across enterprise systems. Chat is simply one way people interact with it — not the product itself.
How does WHIZAI work with our existing ERP system?
WHIZAI does not require you to replace your ERP. It connects to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, Sage, legacy ERPs, databases, APIs and spreadsheets to create an intelligent automation and decision layer across your operations. WHIZAI can:
- Automate repetitive workflows — order processing, shipment updates, invoice matching and procurement approvals.
- Monitor operational data in real time and detect exceptions before they become service failures.
- Generate predictive insights for demand forecasting, inventory planning and capacity management.
- Give natural-language access to operational data — no reports or SQL required.
- Coordinate actions across multiple systems, carriers, suppliers and departments.
You keep your ERP as the system of record; WHIZAI runs as the intelligent layer above it.
Can WHIZAI automate workflows if we use SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics?
Yes. WHIZAI orchestrates workflows across existing enterprise systems through APIs, integrations and event-driven automation. Instead of staff manually moving information between systems, WHIZAI monitors events, makes decisions and triggers actions automatically. For example:
- Create purchase orders when inventory crosses a threshold.
- Escalate delayed shipments before they impact the customer.
- Match invoices against orders and receipts.
- Recommend alternative carriers during disruptions.
- Trigger customer notifications when exceptions occur.
Your ERP stays in control of core records; WHIZAI handles the intelligent decision-making and execution.
Why use WHIZAI if we already have SAP, Oracle or Microsoft Copilot?
Those tools do different jobs: ERPs manage transactions, BI tools report on the past, and copilots help an individual user work faster inside one application.
WHIZAI is built to run supply-chain, logistics and business processes autonomously, across systems. It continuously monitors operational events, predicts disruptions, recommends actions and executes approved workflows end to end. Rather than speeding up one person in one app, it helps the entire operation make better decisions and automate execution across the enterprise.
Can WHIZAI provide analytics without replacing our BI platform?
Yes. WHIZAI complements platforms such as Power BI, Tableau and SAP Analytics Cloud by continuously analysing operational data and generating actions, not just charts. Where a dashboard shows what happened, WHIZAI answers:
- What is likely to happen next?
- Which shipments are at risk?
- Which customers may be affected?
- What action should be taken now?
- Which decisions can be automated?
It turns analytics from reporting into operational intelligence.
Can WHIZAI work if our data is spread across multiple systems?
Yes — that is exactly the problem it solves. Most logistics and supply-chain organisations run separate systems for finance, operations, warehousing, procurement, transport and customer service. WHIZAI consolidates context from:
- ERP, TMS and WMS platforms
- Carrier and customs APIs
- Email and document repositories
- Spreadsheets and databases
- IoT and tracking feeds
By building one unified operational picture, WHIZAI spots patterns and automates decisions that no single system can see on its own.
Where does the AI run, and is our data secure?
Every WHIZTEC solution is built and deployed for a single client, so your data runs in your own dedicated environment — never on shared, multi-tenant infrastructure. Operational data is read from your systems, processed by the AI, and the results are written back — and across that entire round trip your data stays encrypted, access-controlled and under your control.
- Dedicated to you — your WHIZAI solution is configured and deployed for your organisation alone; your data is never co-mingled with, or accessible to, any other customer.
- Encrypted in motion and at rest — data moving between your systems and WHIZAI travels over encrypted, authenticated channels (TLS), and is encrypted at rest (AES-256).
- Processed inside your boundary — operational data is processed within your deployment and does not leave it for inference.
- Never used to train external models — your data serves only your organisation and is never used to train foundation models or any model others can access.
- Controlled LLM use — where third-party models are involved, they run over de-identified embeddings or in private endpoints under data-protection agreements.
- Least-privilege access — role-based access control, SSO/SAML and MFA, so people and agents reach only what they are authorised to.
- Agent guardrails & human-in-the-loop — autonomous actions run within policy limits, high-impact steps require approval, and every read, decision and write-back is recorded in a full audit trail.
- Secure by design — a secure development lifecycle, regular vulnerability testing and continuous monitoring.
Enterprise customers can request our security documentation, data-processing agreement (DPA) and current compliance attestations during evaluation.
Do we need WHIZAI to run WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine or WHIZERP?
No — each platform runs perfectly on its own. WHIZCargo, WHIZMarine and WHIZERP are complete operational platforms; you can deploy and run any of them without WHIZAI.
WHIZAI is the optional intelligence layer on top. It takes those same workflows and runs large parts of them autonomously — surfacing the few exceptions that need a person, instead of every event — and turns the data your platform already captures into predictions and automated decisions. You can add it whenever you are ready; nothing has to be re-built.
