Dubai Trade
Dubai Trade is the single-window trade-facilitation portal that integrates Dubai Customs (through Mirsal 2), DP World (ports and terminals) and the free zone authorities such as JAFZA into one platform. Through Dubai Trade, businesses lodge customs declarations, book and track containers, apply for permits, and make payments — all in a single account.
By connecting the three pillars of Dubai's trade — customs, ports and free zones — Dubai Trade removes the need to deal with each separately, which is a major reason for the emirate's speed and ease of doing cross-border business. It is operated by the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC).
Before single windows, a shipment meant separate dealings with customs, the port and the free zone. Dubai Trade collapses all three into one login and one workflow — declaration, container, permit and payment together. Integrating with it is what makes moving cargo through Dubai fast and predictable.
