Freight & NVOCC 🇸🇬 Singapore

PORTNET

PORTNET is the port community system operated by PSA that connects shipping lines, hauliers, freight forwarders, depots and government to the container terminals in Singapore. Through PORTNET, users handle vessel scheduling and berthing information, container bookings and releases, gate and haulage transactions, and real-time container status and visibility.

One of the earliest port community systems in the world, PORTNET is the digital layer that keeps Singapore's enormous container throughput moving — a single platform where the many parties around a container coordinate rather than exchanging information one-to-one.

Why it matters

A container touches many parties — line, terminal, haulier, forwarder, depot — and PORTNET is where they all coordinate. For anyone moving boxes through Singapore, PORTNET data (booking, release, status) is the source of truth, and integrating with it is what makes container operations here run on time.
