LLM

Large Language Model

An LLM (Large Language Model) is a type of AI trained on very large amounts of text so that it can understand and generate natural language — reading documents, answering questions, summarising and drafting. LLMs underpin modern document AI, conversational assistants and much of the recent leap in AI capability.

In logistics, LLMs read and interpret unstructured documents and communications — bills of lading, emails, invoices — turning them into structured, actionable data, with a human reviewing the exceptions.
