Crew Management
Crew Management is the function of sourcing, deploying and administering a ship's seafarers so that every vessel is safely and legally manned at all times. It spans recruitment, certification and competency checks, planning rotations and reliefs, travel, payroll, and welfare — often across multiple nationalities, flag-state rules and manning agencies.
